The messaging app kept on crashing so i decided that i would factory reset my phone. I copied all the apps, contacts and data etc.. to the SD. I then performed the factory reset, asking it not to wipe the SD card. However, once i turned it back on i noticed that everything had vanished. It seems as if my phone has done a total reset, and even deleted everything on both the phone and SD card.
