Hey N5 homies! My wifey has been having problems with her N5 such as keyboard lagging/not working, not being able to hear people, apps crashing etc. I'm going to do a factory reset for her tonight to see if we can resolve it (otherwise she's just about ready to throw it at the wall and get something else) but before I do I just want to double check is it pretty much just a case of booting into recovery and selecting factory reset and that's it? I have flashed factory images before on my own N5 so I can try that too if need be but to just do a standard factory reset is it just through recovery?
