I am having my Desire replaced tomorrow with a doorstep exchange.
I haven't customised my Desire too much, as I knew I would be exchanging it for a Desire with (hopefully) no dust under the screen.
However, would a Factory Reset be the best course of action to wipe what few details I have on the phone before I pack it up this evening?
