Factory restore after 2.2 market apps are there?

I did a factory restore after froyo and some of the paid apps are not showing in the market help please.

You can always go to the online market, find the app there, and try to install it from the web. If your phone doesn't show up in the drop-down list to choose from, then it should at least be grayed out with a question mark that you can hover over that will tell you why you can't install it. (See screenshot below.)
