Failed to boot 2

So let me start off by saying I'm not very good at this, and I'm new to the whole phone thing. Anyways, a few weeks ago I rooted my Atrix, and it had no problems until last night, when a purple light same on in the LED indicator, and would not go away. I shut my phone off, and when I try to reboot it, it stays on the "M" page and says: Failed to boot 2
Starting RSD mode
What can I do to get my phone working again?
Btw, used Superoneclick to root if that makes a difference.

I'm not looking to change ROMs or anything, I just want to be able to use my phone again. Don't really care if it's still rooted or not.
I'm running 2.2.1 btw.
