Help failing app downloads after a factory reset

Due to numerous problems, i finally caved and preformed a factory reset on my Evo. The problems i was previously having have stopped but now new problems arose after the reset. I suddenly now have the older version of the market that i didn't even have when i first got the phone, all of my essential apps such as flash player 10.3, google maps and the newer version of youtube wont download after numerous tries. i've cleared the cache and forced stop, restarted my phone but nothing is working. i had all of these apps and the newer market version prior to the factory reset and would really appreciate any help i could get on getting them back. thank you

After you wiped the phone did you go through and do a profile, PRL, and firmware update?
