failing to startup nomally

hello, my san francisco2 has mysteriously stoped working in that everytime I pull out the battery to try and poweron again, it initially displays the android logo then the company trade mark of "fish and chips" then it stops there and doesn't work any further nomatter wat u press. its been going on for 5 days now
wat can I do

Sorry to hear of your trouble with your phone, Omara Steven, but still, welcome to AF. Wish we could have met under better circumstances.

I found a forum for your phone you might want to check out, see if the folk there can help you to boot into recovery and reset your phone, or something.
