Parking brake?
I have nothing to offer but the video. I see an attendant stepping away from the vehicle before it backed out of the bay. I have no idea why the auto was running and in reverse. The bay looks to level so I assume the auto was under its own power. Definitely a bad oil change day.

I do not know what is wrong with my YT videos lately, click on the view on youtube in the lower left hand corner or the earpiece title upper left hand corner of the video box to play video

FYI, ticking the play icon ran the vid for me. Must be a local deal.
