I've searched and searched this forum and I've come up empty. I've downloaded songs on my phone that I want on my computer. I've done this many times before but for some reason, everytime I try to hook my phone to my computer via my USB cord/charger, EVERY SINGLE FILE comes up empty except the "download" folder... I've re-installed the drivers onto my computer, but now my boyfriend is telling me it's my phone... can anyone help me?! This is REEEEAAAALLLLLLYYYYY irritating me!! I'm about to go to the Verizon store and cry to them
