My Fascinate phone seems to be working (it rings for example) but the screen is dark. I took it to Verizon and they simply said they would send me a new one in 2 days, without troubleshooting.
But I haven't backed up for several days and would either like to fix it or be able to mount it. I can't mount it without being able to see the screen. Any ideas? Thanks.
