hi i have a flashed gs2 to boost mobile and i want to do an update but im worried if i do the ics update that the flash will be erased so should i do the ics update?

oh ok thanks, i was worried about it cause it didn't want to erase the boost mobile flash that the guy did for my phone, so how do i update my system? via kies to get the offiical update or download the ics rom
