I have the iPhone, but after contact from clove.co.uk I'm expected to have the Galaxy S2 by 3rd May.
What I want to know, you can dock the iPhone in a simple manner. Can you do the same with the Galaxy S2?

Depends what you mean by simple manner....

As you know the i-Phone has an inordinate amount of accessories available to it's masses.
The Galaxy SII on the other hand will have to rely on a dedicated accessory manufacturer designing and building a suitable dock for the phone.
I have seen a photo of one such dock and Samsung have promised a plethora of accessories for the SGSII.
However, let us not forget, they promised the same with the first SGS and that practically amounted to zero.

It's only the Tab which has seen dedicated accessories built for the device. Hopefully this will now continue to the SGSII.

But back to your original request.... If by docking you mean to connect, then yes, the SGSII connects very easily to a PC via the use of the MicroUSB to standard USB on a PC/Mac.
Samsung have also reported an accessory which will allow you to dock an external USB Hard Drive to the SGSII.
