Help Fast Boot impact on apps

Ok boys and girls........I may finally have thought of one thing about my can't love it enough Rezound which is a little annoying. I haven't really decided yet.........so help me out here please. I carry multiple batteries which I have no problem......none whatsoever.......swapping out when one is done. Does using the fast boot function damage any of the applications or hardware......it is really a computer afterall........

I had fastboot checked when I put in a new battery, it put my phone into "boot loop", I tried it again when fastboot was unchecked without any problem. I too wonder if it causes an issue when replacing batteries. For now, I plan on leaving fastboot unchecked when I replace a battery.

I believe somewhere there is a statement that Fast Boot is incompatible with some applications.
