Root Faster 3G speed?

So as of recently, my home WiFi is off, which is forcing me to use Virgin Mobile's terrible 3G as a means of surfing the internet. Is there a way I can increase the internet speeds? If there is, give me a simple explanation of how I can make this possible. Thanks in advance! :)

I think if there was a way to increase speed beyond what is provided to you by your carrier, we'd all be doing it :)

That being said, there are a few build.prop tweaks and some scripts (that may come standard with your ROM) that will increase the speed to a point, or at least help make things more efficient. Aside from that, IIRC we all want to know the same thing :)
 
Throughout the years there's been many tweaks that claim to increase speed.

I personally never thought they were anything more than placebo though
 
V6 SuperCharger And 3G TurboCharger.Given one does not know what their actually doing for V6 set nothing to run on boot otherwise you will loop your phone(know you have cwm).Prior though you need busybox,pimp my rom for int scripts only,and script manager
