faster sideloading with dropbox

Currently dropbox itself has to be sideloaded first (apparently they are still waiting on approval to get into the amazon marketplace). Once it's installed you can push your backed up apk file by browsing to it in a file explorer (I use astro), long press file > send > dropbox.

A minute later it will be on your fire, in the dropbox folder, ready to install.

Before this I was emailing the files to myself.

I use the box.net app and the box website to transfer files from one device to another and to/from a pc. I got 50gb of free storage recently.

As I wrote in another thread, if the purpose is to sideload apps from an Android phone, I installed Frostwire (available in the amazon app store) on both the phone and KF. It allows you to wirelessly transfer the apks from the phone without having to create a backup first.

wondering how you got that 50gb of extra storage on dropbox?
i've been having dropbox, but because it only gives me 2 gbs of storage, i strayed away.
i want to start using it more since its very reliable and best way to transfer files.
