Root fastest bug free rom?

I dont know why people expect ROMs to be bug free when the stock eris itself has had numerous bugs on its short run. You could fill a page on reported bugs.

both my eris' were completely bug free on 1.5........
Iwas. Warned that it wasn't guaamteed that is be bug free rooted on 2.1 but that most users were fast and bug free...which is it wtf
 
I JUST got done rooting and flashing XtaSense for the first time, ten minutes ago and so far I LOVE it. Major kudos to the guys that made this happen. I am loving my Eris again.
 
xtrROM is the fastest, but if you're looking to keep your Sense widgets you'll want to go xtrSENSE. Also, xtrROM has some visual customizations done that not everyone will want (clear lock screen, themed keypad and dialer, circle battery, etc.). If you're looking for something that is 99% the stock theme, go with xtrSENSE.
 
My favorite is xtrRom. I am really impressed with how smooth and fast it is. I also like Nonsensikal 5.4, but when I use it, my camera pictures are awful. Obviously something wrong that I am doing !?

1.5 had bug with the Youtube app over 3G. It didn't work. Automatically, not bug-free. Not a ton of bugs though, and most were minor. A bug free OS is a nearly impossible, since they are so complex.
 
I guess right now my vote would be Nonsensikal. I did have a problem with messages after restoring with titanium, but got it fixed by wiping and restoring from another backup program. Faster then XTRROM and no force closes like KaosFroyo. I will admit that I don't have the latest versions though.
 
xtrROM 4.5 is blazing fast for me and incredibly stable with no FC's since I flashed 4.5. I've tried kaos and tazz and they are very nice but cyanogen roms have never worked quite right on my phone for what ever reason. For me, everything works perfectly on xtr4.5, but the best thing is to try each one and decide for ones self what is best. All of the developers work hard on their respective ROMS and tons of props need to go to all of them for the work they do for us!!
 
I agree with xtrROM. I have been using it for a few days and have not had one issue. I am sticking with it. I have tried about 5 different roms and it is my favorite. It is pretty plain, but it works and is quick.
 
I've had the most success/satisfaction with xtrSENSE. Much faster than the unrooted version even without OC, and also has that familiarity of having it function and look like the phone has from the beginning. You just get the added perks of a much smoother ROM, garbage apps gone, ability to install as many apps as you really want by using apps to SD, the incredible advantages of ROOT and ROOT only apps, and keeps the widgets some of us have a hard time letting go without going out to find similar replacements.

Thanks! This worked. You also can enable holding back button to kill the app you are running.
