Root Fastest Rom?

I know there are other threads about this but I can't find a legit answer just a bunch of opinions and nothing concrete.I'm using g60 now but as with any Rom it's getting buggy and I'm looking for a new one. Is the new sharp froyo the fastest? Please back up your replies as many people would find this thread helpful.

I went through most all versions of cm7, and the sharp does seem to be the smoothest and most responsive. Everything works like it's supposed to also. A few app bugs, but I think that's being fixed.

Not always, but most of the time the buggy-ness comes from the launcher you use, and sometimes the apps as well


CM7 G60 is still pretty much the top dog, but i have also seen the new Starship edition cm7 getting some good feedback, and also the Sharp Rom which i believe is based off stock froyo, cant really give feedback on those 2 as im usually always running either g60's cm7 or whyzors cm7, without issue


but the choice will always be yours to make, you can look at is as

Froyo - Every single thing, should or can work

CM7 or gingerbread - mostly everything except hdmi works, using a launcher like adw will make it buggy tho

CM9 or ICS - Mostly still in alpha stages which means stability usually varies, most have no camera and no hdmi, and currently i believe there isnt really anyone working on them, lasttime i saw rivs was tryin to fix cm9 camera but that was awhile ago
