by fastest everyone should know what i mean (most fps in games, smoothest for normal use, etc.). i know harmonia has tims tweaks but im hearing good stuff about mobster. also hows the sense 4 rom in terms of stability and performance? like which rom got the best quadrant scores right out of the box or the best linpack etc.
 
i have tried pretty much all the available xda roms..

7-16 venom sense 4 with anthrax is pretty nasty..the fastest setup i have used so far
 
Holy Crap! The second I slid down the lock on the lock screen it was so responsive! Thanks for fixing the WIFI that was the main reason I stopped using MIUI. Ill put up some quadrant scores in a few minutes I'm hoping to get 4300+
 
Ive been running quadrant on MIUI 1.3 and I've been getting around 4050 clocked at 1.566 GHz. Its very snappy and responsive.
I highly recommend this if your tired of sense, it has a lot of cool features and its definitely worth flashing.
 
i might eventually try miui but i like 3d and 4g and im not a huge fan of miuis ui but when i get tired of sense and aosp ill be sure to give it a try
 
There's a rom being released tomorrow. But leslie has a point, they're all fast enough. Comes down to preference.

hehe, you are definitely Venusian. To us Martians, there is no such thing.

Having said that, I wouldn't want to compromise stability/function for higher benchmarks; I'll be happy when an overclockable stock kernel is available.

I can only attest that ZR3DX is speedier than JMZ stock odex, both in feel and in benchmark, provides nice extras and without loss of any functionality (except for having to install the VM VVM apk).

I'm all for speed as well (if you knew what my desktop or some of my cars have been you would believe me).

However, I learned a while back that if you need a benchmark to tell a difference, you are just better off going with the one you like best. You can't tell a difference anyway. Besides, many of you insist on using benchmarks that aren't working properly anyhow.

That doesn't mean we should stop pushing for faster and faster roms, but remember it's a phone/computer made to do more than just benchmarks.
