Help Favorite app "blocked device"

loulou22

Lurker
I have an app tha I have used for three years and I love it! However, some pregnant chick got angry about something, and had me blocked. Now when I try post on the app (have tried both on wifi and 4g, have also tried making new account) it says "you cannot post, your device has been blocked." I changed proxy on PC and was able to access that way, but I need it on my phone. How would ai go about getting around their "device block"? I'm not rooted yet, either. Was trying not to have to root this phone. Thankyou ;)
Lou

If you've been blocked (and you think it's unfairly), your best bet is to contact the dev or whoever owns the app/service and attempt to explain the situation.

We can't help you circumvent whatever they've put in place to stop you accessing I'm afraid.

I didn't mean to put that pic there. Ha. I was trying to put a user pic. And I did contact them a week ago, no response. And I know that there are ways to alter proxy settings and such, I was just hoping to find out a faster way than having to root. But if you aren't knowledgeable in that area, I'll just keep asking around. Thanks

They are notorious for being "unreachable" and all of the blocking is done automatically by the number of times someoneflags you. Really annoying because it had no cussing or anything offensive, but the mods never even check. I'll email again, but I know there are various ways to alter the proxy and IP and all that. I'm just looking for a non root option. Thankyou for being polite

If you could tell us what kind of app is that, it would be more helpful.

I imagine getting a Flag removed from FB, Tumbler or any other network, will require totally difference process. By sharing with us, you might come across someone who perhaps experience that before, and will be happy to share with you how to go about it.

Otherwise, all we really can do, is throw random guesses ...
