Favorite canceled TV show?

Star Trek: The Next Generation

Growing up in the early to mid 90's, I used to tune in every weekend with bells on to watch a new episode.

And no matter how old it gets, I can never get tired of that series. But things really did start to pick up after season 3 though. :)

They still play it on BBC. Watched Frame of mind and timescape last night ;)

If you liked Pushing Daisies you will love Wonderfalls. Both were created by Bryan Fuller along with Dead Like Me. Wonderfalls is the BEST of the three. Just hilarious. I might have to drop the DVDs in and watch it this weekend.

I agree with everyone who mentioned Firefly. I miss it also.

And a show that won't be returning this season, Go On with Matthew Perry was a great comedy.

Loved that show, but the series finally was terrible. But I think they found out only a couple of weeks before they were to finish filming for the season and wanted to wrap things up. Looked like they were out of money too. Sad really.
 
Lie to Me was cancelled? Wondered why it hadn't been on in a while ..

We often don't hear when US shows that were picked up by UK stations are cancelled - they just stop ;)

So has Burn Notice been cancelled? Haven't seen that in a while ..

Desperately trying to think of other shows I miss and failing miserably - I'm clearly way too fickle :D

I was crushed when lie to me got canned.

And burn notice is in its final season right now.
 
I liked the first season or 2 of burn notice then I found myself only watching because of Bruce Campbell. I stopped watching, my wife watched one season after that then she stopped as well.

My wife stopped watching as well. Love Bruce Campbell too....

Westin is a cool ass dude as well, thought to be honest I can't really stand Fiona most times... I liked her in 'If Looks Could Kill' :) (and The Librarian)

a UK detective series which only had 3 seasons of about 4 episodes each, lead played by Idris Elba who recently starred as Nelson Mandela in Mandela: Long walk to freedom. His "sidekick" Alice, the serial killer, was brilliant. It's on NetFlix, recommended.

There were rumors of a movie but no sign of it yet, hope they make it.
