Help 'Favorite' Contacts

Newbie
I use the people widget to show my 'Favorites', 5 numbers that I call most. i recently moved my contacts from one Gmail account to another and it messed up my favorites. They're still there, but none of them work.

There's no way to edit what shows up in the widget, it just finds any contact marked favorite, I guess. When I first put them in there, it asked what number I wanted to use, but now there's now way to edit them.

Thing is, when I edit 1 of the 5 contacts, none of them are in the 'Favorites' group. I've gone into both gmail accounts and even deleted the 'stared in Android' (which corresponds to the favorites, I think) group and these 5 are still there. Turns out, my phone thinks they are marked as 'Favorite' in Facebook, but when I log into Facebook, there isn't even a 'Favorite' group/list.

I even went as far as to create a 'Favorites' list in Facebook, add those 5 people, sync my Facebook account, delete the Facebook list and then re-sync my Facebook account. They are still there.

How can I fix this? I'm at a loss.

Of course, I figured it out, well sort of. Still don't know how to get rid of the Favorite tag / group / list thing in Facebook, but I made the favorites widget work.

In the widget, select the three lines to open your contacts list. Then select the second icon from the left to filter by group. Select your favorites group. Open each favorite, one by one, and tap the menu icon, select more, then tap select 'widget action'. Pick the number to call or message or whatever and it'll make the favorite work again.
