My fav is the damage resistant screen and the size of the phone. Compliments my hand.

+1 on the screen. Mine fell out of my truck, hit the running board and then pavement face-first. Picked it up and screen was flawless. Only blemish was a couple nicks on the angled black plastic(?) piece around the phone.
Other than being tough, gotta say I love the screen's size. Awesome for watching movies and big enough for the big-fingered of us to use without trying to peck little buttons (having to use my old Optimus while my Esteem is at LG for repairs is driving me crazy!!!).
One last thing, the pulsating vibe when it rings was a somewhat random surprise. Embarrassing when you're in a quiet college classroom with nothing but girls and it goes off on the desk...
