OK - the Note has a big screen that makes lots of stuff easier, and if you get stuck there's even a pen for fiddly interfaces. But what are your favourite apps? Tell us why, and don't forget to put links in if you can. 
I'll start the ball rolling. Last night for me was a demonstration of the future. We were researching our holidays, wife on the laptop and me on the Note.
I used the brilliant Skyscanner. The search interface is so good it makes you wonder why no one ever thought of it before: choose your local airport and outward flight date, and instantly see all the cities (listed by country) your airport can fly you to, plus easy to see price differentials for return dates. So easy to select the places you can afford, easy to navigate especially on the Note's big screen! Love this app, great concept and near perfect design (don't forget the back button when setting dates), so makes me want to travel...
Next load up tripadvisor. Pick the area near the airport you've chosen and look through the best rated hotels and B&B. Load up the map for nearby places. The user photos of hotels come up big and beautiful. This app is actually easier to use than the website. On the Note's big screen it was bliss - so quick and easy.
Two great apps - my wife gave up. I had it all there on my Note, quicker and easier to navigate!!
