feedback on the 5.0 update

i am just wandering from those who have received there lollipop update for there G3 if it operates as it is suppose to or as they show thru the nexus 6? reason i ask is because one of the features i am looking forward to is the notifications... i am not a fan of the stock lgg3 sms notification so i use go sms pro but have not bought the ad free version because i am waiting on my update....

Notifications are good, not noticed any other major changes but on the down sides the battery is draining far quicker so I am hoping for a fix soon

When the update comes I'll be doing a full reset of the device. I highly recommend doing this. Of course, backup what you need to before hand.

I'm bleeding battery life. Badly. It's going down even while plugged in since the update.
Will see what it's like after a factory reset.

OK I followed the advice from someone on here and removed my SD card (which it seems the update can problems with) Charge the phone up overnight and yesterday when I went to bed at 2300 there was still 40% left. I have ordered a new SD car from Amazon so will see how that goes

It's a non existent update IMO, different multitask screen, just visual.. Nothing else has changed.. Shame..
