feeds and update screen gone after launcher pro install

I installed launcher pro on my vibrant and I love pretty much everything about it. but I lost my feeds and updates screen on one of my home screens that displayed stuff from facebook and such. It came installed on the phone so I don't know how to reinstall it on one of my launcher pro home screens.
Anybody know how to do this?

You can't get that back, sorry. One of the only drawbacks of alternate home launchers is the inability to use your stock widgets. Do not let that deter you from using LP though.

is there anything on the android market that will do the same thing? I was starting to like it.

I only use Twitter, so I'm not one to really look for other types of network widgets BUT if you look at this video, you might find some you like.
