Root Feel like contributing..

What is can? Link? I never heard of it... and I can be your tester! (I'm gonna be testing stuff on my phone this week anyways so I can test yours too :D )
 
ok this guy was trying to make a sense port for me, but it looped back into recovery mode upon booting up... he said that he had to install some of the system to /data and then symlink so it would read as /system... he said that would make it boot, but he never did that for me. if i send you the zip could you look at it and possibly work on it?

i mean once you get it booting i can most likely get the features working

He's 100 % right. You have no idea. Lol. I have to install apps2sd in the boot.img. I had to push almost all my apps the data because the phone cant handle all that lol. You have to work with the boot.img A LOT! which gets a little hard, lol. But I'm almost positive that me and you could get this working good. So gtalk me: gannon050197@gmail.com

This is my first post! I've been on these forums for a while now, but recently made an account. Nothing really got my attention to post, except for this! Being a MIUI fanatic, I really love MIUI V4! This current test works so smooth! Just wondering, any idea what's wrong with the wallpaper and status bar?

Almost positive it is the miuisystemui.apk. I'll try replacing it with something else. I also have a little workaround for data. But the phone FC is going to be a problem
 
Ohh, i gotchya. I haven't noticed the phone really force closing other than when I first boot up on the lockscreen, other than that it's fine. Thanks for this awesome rom man.

Yes I did that and it worked I used austrie MIUIv4 miuisystemui.apk. If u don't mind I'll be the tester for the data work around. Also since the phone process forces does that mean that the ril wouldn't work?

I was just wondering, could you tell me how I can replace the miuisystemui.apk with austries? Or could u upload a zip with it working? Thank you!

I'll fix data and statusbar and upload it. Lol I'll just make a whole new thread. Anybody with my test getting annoyed with the phone FC yet? It doesn't literally FC the phone, it's just an annoying thing that gets in the way.

Hahah, I realized that too, it doesn't bug me much tho. Anyways... this may sound weird... but I seriously like love you for this rom XD I'm a die hard MIUI fan. Thank you so much for this man!

What'll really blow your mind is when me and ziggy get sense 3 flowing :)

Except for the fact that sense is deeply integrated into the kernel and takes like 2-3 GB which means they need some of it on an sdcard...
