Root Feel like contributing..

Sense would be nice to have as it would add more variety for the Triumph, but I personally got tired of it. Have used it for 2 years on various HTC phones and noticed the same thing on all of them, it bogs down the phone. It almost feels like it could drop a few pounds. Currently have a rooted Sensation4G without Sense and this thing flies.

I don't know if you or everyone else knew this already... But I was just sitting at my desk and I got a text message... From my roommate in the room next to me while I'm on this MIUI V4 test rom. I went and asked him if he just sent it to me, and he said yes. But when I tried to reply the text or even call him, it didn't work. Also, I noted that it says there's no service and no bars on the status bar.

Yea I mine did the same thing expect mine was from my cousin lol and he wasn't with me.

Awesome! Now we just need status bar, wallpaper, and RIL fixed and I'll probably switch to this as my daily :D

Ah man, you are seriously my favorite developer on this forum right now! I've never seen someone this devoted to their work! Can't wait to see what you fix with MIUI V4.

I'm excited to have MIUI on my phone again. I tried MIUI v4 on my Kindle Fire and it was pretty sweet, though there were a lot of bugs and it hasn't been updated since February.

I was lurking around android for a long long time and I knew I had a specialty but I couldn't find it. Wasn't theming, wasn't ROM developing. I tried to port MIUIv4, and bam. I instantly became hooked. After I ported a few more, I became really good. That's how it all started :)

Haha, I can tell, you made a one port and it already had most things working, whereas (no offense or anything to the CM9 MT build devs) the bunches of people working on our CM9 build couldn't get all that stuff working for a while.

To be fair, he used most of the fixes the Triumph devs made.

Exactly. Lol you could compare mine to the MIUI but not CM9. I use CM9 as a base and it has all the fixes in there. I take no responsibility for this, so don't get the wrong idea.
 
Ahhh man! You have no idea how much fun I'm having with this MIUI V4 rom! That's the last annoying thing I'm gonna be saying. :P
 
Question: Is this going to stay updated? Like are you going to add fixes/updates from the CM9 ROM and MIUI updates?
