is the download link up? since i've already made a backup of 2.2 (tried your MIUI v4 ), might as well try other roms now.

Yeah, but the update should have fixed custom lockscreen manifest snafoos from 1.11.25 - I must find time to FLASH!!!!! Thanks a bunch. BTW, you have a link, I am not subscribed to the update you were wonderful enough to create - so behind the times atm.
