Few Issues with the Warp

Ok I got the ZTE Warp a few days ago, after going to about 5 different locations to find one. Got it to replace my Samsung Prevail due to power off issues and other problems. I haven't had many issues as of yet except a couple.

Like many, I have the battery issue, or at least had it. Phone would be fully charged, then not even a full 3 hours later, it had to be charged again. I can be a heavy user on it especially with using Skype and games on it. I installed Juice Defender, recharged a couple more times, and let it go. I unplugged it at 3PM (the time i got off work) on 2/21 and have not plugged it in since. It's now 902AM on 2/22 and the phone is only down to 18%.

Decided I was going to drain the battery in full then do a recharge again. To do this, I turned off the Juice Defender, turned on wifi, bt, gps, put on a live wallpaper, and have been playing games on it. From what I have seen thus far I would think that for those still having a battery issue of draining too fast, try the Juice Defender in the market to see if that helps.

Next issue is with GO SMS. I go to use the quick text or even by opening it up, and the keyboard is in the way so I can't see it very well. I did install the beta version of Swype. It crashed and caused the phone to reboot. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no issues. This particular issue I have yet to figure out a way around. If anyone has a suggestion about the keyboard taking up too much space please let me know.

i use swype it work great with go sms i dont have any issue

Ok so not sure what the deal is. In order to get swype to work i have had to install the beta. however, I did get ahold of the apk from my samsung prevail. Issue there is that it constantly crashes. Most likely due to incompatiblity on the phone. Anyone have a suggestion on this?

Swype beta works well for me.. why not just do that? Create an account on swype's site, download the beta installer, and from there just download it. It is kinda a pain at first but worth it imo

I do have the swype beta installed and yes it does work. The issue i have is i turned off the word suggest, but yet it still appears. so i get this black line in the way so i cannot see what i type all the time.

I think the only suggestion not to be too sarcastic is:
