Help few problem with my device

hi there ,

i have few problem with my deviice:

1) htc sensation has 1.2 prosessor and mine shows that i have 1.5 . i was told that someone made an overclocking or something like that. how do cancel it because it gets hot all the time and restarting itself once in a while which i have no choise other than take the battery out and in again.

2) in software information i cant find the software upgrade button

3) my audio/video player doesnt work . when i try to open a file i get error and force shutdown.

4) facebook app doesnt work even when an update had come out ... in order of it to work ineed to log out and log in every time i want to use it , if not i get an error .

i use android 2.3.4
htc sensation xe
i tried reset it to default configurtion but still have problems


please advise

The XE is intended to run at 1.5, the original Sensation is underclocked to run at 1.2.

Re the other issues, have you tried doing a factory reset?

yes i tried reset to factory
i was hoping that the new update of android would fix it all , but i am sure if its out yet and how to do that

Settings, about phone, software updates but I doubt you'll have an update.

What else was there....music/video player, which one are you using? You're not giving us much info here. Try a new music app, Cloudskipper or Mixzing. Easiest option fir your facebook option too, try Friendcaster.
