Root Few questions about CM 7

First question. The top of your notification bar are 4 shortcuts. Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS/and Sound settings. How do I change this to what I want them to be?

Second question. When I try to install Google Maps and Angry Birds from the market they will not download on Wi-Fi or 3g. Any thoughts as to why they dont download?

number 1 is in settings/cyanogenmod settings
Number 2 IIRC ou need to clear data/cache for the market app.
