Help File transfer from PC to phone

I have the zte avid. I have the usb cable to connect from phone to pc.
Having a hard time on transferring an application file from my pc to the phone. Any instructions would be great. Thanks.

That depends on what "hard time" means. Drag the file from the PC to the phone. What's the problem?
