File Upload in Android Browser

Everyone go to this link and sign into your google account and click the star in the top left to tell google that we should be able to upload files via the android web browser. This is a basic function that has been totally disregarded and should be fixed ASAP.

And almost three years later, still not any real uploading. I mean you can on some places sometimes but now (I am on 2.3.6), I can't even upload photos or many other things, I always have to download another browser or app and that's not very much of an option as my phone has practically no memory.

I love how this issue is still being ignored by Google...
