Files showing in music player

Hello, decided i wanted to do a factory reset so backed up SD card to my PC and then carried out a factory reset, copied contents back to SD card and reinstalled all existing programs. Now however files from Copilot are showing in the playlists which where not there before also the picture files from copilot are showing in the album folders, again they where not shown there before. I know the card does not get erased when i factory reset but i just decided i would back up. Can any body help me with this please? Thanks

Shot in the dark is move everything off the sdcard again and

Reformat the drive to FAT32 and then move everything backon

I assume you are not rooted ..?

No Not rooted, i dont really want to go down that path at the moment. Only just come over to Android from Win Mo so still finding my way round it. I did already format in Fat32.
