Help filling in state field

When filling out a form, the state field is so small the scrool down doesn't work and the field will not l,et me enter. Any help? As on HGTV.com sweepstakes, thanks jimmie

This is really basic, but did you try to rotate to landscape/portrait? I know that when I am having field issues, rotating the phone will sometimes help as it changes the page layout.

Tried screen rotation, didn't work, also allowed pop-up windowes, still no work. Thanks for your help. Jimmie
