There is a case made by Body Glove (yes the surf wear folks) that retails for $55 at the ATT stores. When I got my Element they threw it in for free. Seems to be a quality piece and all the ports/cameras are accessible. Only gripe I have, is when charging it you have to open the case and fold it over to access the power port. I've also come across some screen protectors on ebay.
