Finding T-mobile G2 exact location at previous day and time using GPS but no app

With "use GPS Satellites" turned on, can an exact previous location of the phone be identified for a specific date and time without using any specific apps. Meaning are there some GPS location meta-data stored on the some server where t-mobile can retrieve the exact previous location of the phone if required?

Please advise?
