Hello, a few days i bought this mobile via amazon (Sprint Carrier) and i know how to unlock the bands and add the ones of my country, but the thing is, i can't access diag mode, i try a lot of methods.
Try to access recovery (Android Recovery <e3>) and install chainfire su, when i try to flash zip from external sd say "E: Failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument)". I install kingoroot su, but it looks like he doesn't work.
Try to access diag via cmd with echo 1 > /sys/devices/platform/lg_diag_cmd/diag_enable but when i enter ##DIAG# the diag option says "Disable" and when i try to use the QSDP say "not phone connected"
I try to do a downgrade but when i enter download mode get stuck in some part and only accept fastboot commands
The version of the phone is ZV6 and i don't know what to do now. Please help
