Help Firefox

I did a little searching but nothing extensive. Has anyone been able to find a way to install Firefox on the Optimus V? Looks like its not supported but since when has that ever stopped someone?

According to this from the Firefox site- Firefox Mobile System Requirements
The System Requirements wiki. says it requires 17mb internal/SD memory 512mb Ram and ARMv7 processor which is why it is not compatible with Optimus V

I am happy with Dolphin Browser. But, since I saw firefox chose not to support our phones I won't use it. The beta release I tried earlier this year was very slow and lacked features Dolphin Browser had from day one. Late to the game= loser. Chrome is the next one on the chopping block. It's google's own browser and they can't give the mobile version all the desktop versions goodness. What is up with that? I say Dolphin Browser should make a desktop version with sync. Then life would be good.

I've started using Opera 11.01 and Opera Mobile. Sync works great on bookmarks, and the desktop version will import your Firefox and IE favorites, then sync to your phone.

You can try the experimental version of Firefox Mobile for ARMv6.
