Firewall/Net Access app?

I am looking for an app or a process to see what is using the data connection to send and pull random crap and be able to block things at the App level. I know I can just turn off Data altogether but I would like to still use the apps I WANT without needing to go and manually turn Data back on.

Any ideas?

Do a search for Droid Wall in the market.. You can pick and choose what apps get internet access.

FYI.. U need to be rooted to use Droid Wall.
