Root Firmware C

In my opinion firmware c is the best firmware because the battery last longer. I charged my battery today at 12am midnight and now I'm at 46 percent. I have tested all the firmwares and the battery sucks. I think we should all roll back to firmware c.
 
You have tried them all ?
Notice any difference in 4g or wifi signal

Does c allow usb tether using the stock setting
 
yeah I have tried them all and I don't notice any change in 4g and wifi and I haven't tried usb tethering. firmware c is the best one out of all of the firmware. I'm running stock and no root. I have been using the Internet today and also watching YouTube and now I'm at 35 percent.
 
I have researched and now I have figured out how to remove the ota update notification. you go to settings then apps then click on the tab all then look for Google services framework clear data and disable it. that will disable the ota update notification.
 
to remove firmware notification updates u can change the letters in build prop

ex. mss77010c change it to the latest update like mss77010f do this to all mss77010c and once you reboot u can go to software update and it should say your up to date

I have another motion i just put on c lemme try that one.
 
just kill lgfotaclient in system/apps and install fotakill.apk.
and in playstore turn off notifications in playstore settings while you are in playstore.

By doing it this way LG can still acess you current OS firmware for future updates.
 
FWIW If they locked my bootloader I don't Trust them with MY DEVICE.


Let Us Know if the version Z Idea works But You'LL miss jelly bean and an unlocked bootloader LOL
 
Did anyone notice tcp buffersize? I just put version c on my motion #1
It looks like somewhere from c to current the buffer size has been reduced to maybe one third.
Was this an effort to reduce net speed?
