Help Firmware issue with kies please help sgs2 att

Hey i was using kies and odin when my computer went into shit mode and lagged out. It proceeded to stop kies and odin and cause an error message on my SGS2 that has a phone dotted to a YELLOW ! dotted to a computer. It says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."

What do I do first of all? And is this repairable??

did you by chance load iLivid in one of the links? Do you now have w w w .searchqu.com/406] showing up as your browser? If so, you got a mofo malware attachment that will mess up everything on your machine/laptop, including Internet Explorer. One of the One Touch loaders Shareware gave it to you.

I also got a new version/update of Kies today too.
