Root firmware update notice for 2.3.38

So I keep getting notifications to update to 2.3.38 and I was wondering has anyone else done this? And how did it affect your phone.
Note: I have not accepted the update yet.

So I don't know wtf it means

Yup, but Pete's Motorola Root tools work just fine for the 2.3.4 update.
