Recently I have purchase Samsung Galaxy Note II Lte _GT-N7105). It comes with Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2. I find in website Kitkat 4.4.2 for this device is available and 4.3 updated very long back. I have tried software update through OTA and also tried with latest Kies. Unfortunately it is showing that 4.1.2 is the latest version for this device.
Now I am very much confused about the mater. I went to nearest Samsung help center. As per them Note II Lte version is not released in our region. Also I have not purchase from their authorized reseller. They already have Kitkat 4.4.2 for this device. But for the up gradation I have to pay USD 42.
So I decide to download latest farmware from Sammobile and flash it with help of Odin. Is there any suggestion rather than this? Also I am not able to understand the region of production of the product. I am attaching photo with inside details.
