Firmware upgrade for my MID

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum if i am wrong somewhere you are free to correct me.few months back someone gifted me a MID, its very slow .I want to upgrade its firmware .The specifications of my MID are

MID 7"
MODEL NO FL-M17AA-V2110
ANDROID VERSION-2.2
FIRMWARE VERSION-V1.02.08-2010.11.16_ENGLISH
KERNEL VERSION- 2.6.25
BUILD NUMBER- V0.18.ECLAIR.ENGLISH.R.ZMG.20101112.142908

I am new to all this , so can any one tell me can it be upgraded and if yes will someone give me a step by step procedure of upgrading .

Unfortunately, based on the model number, I can't actually see any way of updating that particular tablet. Has it always been slow?

I think it might just be slow anyway, it's only got a 600MHz CPU. A very cheap low-end tablet, probably not much chance of changing the ROM here.
