Yes, as long as you're using wifi and have your phone set to automatically check for updates. (You can also check for updates manually. Menu > Settings > About phone > Software updates.)
Alternatively, you can wait until HTC makes the relevant ROM available for download on its website, although this maybe some weeks (even months) after the OTA release.
