Root First attempt for custom ROM... help lol

Alright this was my first attempt for custom rom. Tried it a few times and have the programs on my pc . Just need a little help finishing and perfecting. Once finished I already have a launcher pro and theme with boot animation made but not applied. Also need help with developing a kernal to over clock the warp 4g. Here's the zip someone please help me out and I'll return the favor one day whenever you need something . Thanks Also not sure if i even made a difference lmao

I don't see a zip? Also, I'm working on a kernel! Just a few more kinks and I'll have it out. Took a small break from it to get back to CWM.

I think a good stable OC kernel is what future rom developement on this device hinges on. I am certainly looking forward to it.

I actually just bought a warp4g for $20 on ebay!
It needs to be unbricked, but I should be able to do that without much effort. It will make dev work on this phone much easier for me
