Root First Dev to release a fully functional GB ROM for our Droid?

Looks like CM and UD are close, who do you think will have a fully functional Gingerbread 3.0 ROM first. When I say fully functional, I mean just the essentials like phone, gps, 3G, wifi, camera/camcorder, gapps etc...

I think UD will be first because CM has so many devices that they are working on.

Lol. I know but those are the two I know of but I did leave out liquids. Which other dev has a GB rom that they are working on and is out on beta?
