I thought of that about 5 mins after I'd posted... got up far too early this morning... will have to ensure I have my coffee before posting on AF! :D

I've tried two OTA's in the past and have always ended up flashing the factory image. Once rooted with CWM recovery, it's such a pain to get the OTA to work that flashing is easier.
 
I actually flashed my N7 the other night using fastboot on my Windows 10 laptop. No driver issues in fastboot, just had to switch to PTP for adb to work.
 
OTA should work fine for me. I'm currently 100% stock with a locked bootloader. I'm at work today, and have to pick my parents up from the airport tonight, so the earliest I could start flashing would be tomorrow. I'd like to avoid unlocking my bootloader again and wiping the device, but it's likely I'll do a factory reset soon after installation anyway, so what the hell, right?

As promised, I waited until my N6 arrived before flashing 5 to my N4. Got my N6 Thursday, flashed N4 on Friday. Both are doing just fine as long as I don't lose my Nano sim adapter ;)
