I am a senior citizen, this is the first smartphone a Samsung Galaxy Reverb, there is a huge market out here for proper help.By that I mean we don't even know what questions to ask.We need step by step info. and I would really like to be able to make a list of questions as they come, telephone someone who is close [local] and pay them to walk you thru on telehpone?Tech support of this kind does not exist that I am aware of.What exist now is too slow, ineffectative for for millions of people.Example:I don't what wifi is,I call my person without the bs of waiting, pushing numbers, etc, not understanding their accent, and without searching web for hours. At our age time is at a preimium.Live chat is not practical for us.:)

Hello Tootsie. Our Guide Lilbit has provided some clickable links for you, which include actual videos of the actions and operation of your Android Reverb. :) Play those videos a few times, use the pause feature and mimic the activities you see with your own Reverb. :)

Wifi is simply a point of internet contact in a local area.. it is most often via a router, which brings the internet signal into the area (such as your house or a public area such as a coffee shop, etc) and emits that signal to your device (your Reverb, in this case).

It takes some special settings on your device to achieve the connection. Here's how as provided by the Reverb User Manual (scroll down to pages 80 and 81 for wifi connection instructions):

One thing about Android Forums, Tootsie: all queries are very very welcome and those queries and learning tools are what were are here for. :)

See you in the Galaxy Reverb section! ;)
